To obtain the card as a town hall or administration, you must provide - A letter on the letterhead of the town hall (or administration) stating the reasons for the request and signed by the mayor or the person in charge of the administration (either the mayor or the person in charge of the administration presents himself/herself with his/her identity card or he/she sends a third person who is named on the letter with a copy of the identity card of each person). Please bring the originals of the above-mentioned documents. (original ID of the person presenting, copy of ID if other persons not present)
