For security reasons, METRO cards are only printed at the reception desk of your Halles METRO and are not sent by post.
If you are unable to collect your METRO card in person, you have 2 options:
- You can edit your digital METRO card directly by downloading the METRO app on GooglePlay or Apple Store!
- you can give a proxy on plain paper, accompanied by a copy of your ID, to the person of your choice to collect it from our Halles.
