My card no longer works. What should I do?

Your METRO card can be deactivated for various reasons: following a long period without purchase, a payment incident, a card declared stolen or lost.... Your internet account is then automatically locked. 

To reinstate your card, please go to the reception desk at your Halles with your ID.
