I have lost or had my METRO card stolen, what should I do?

You must inform the reception desk at your Halles METRO as soon as possible so that your card can be deactivated. Our teams will deliver your new card to you.

Please note As long as this notification has not been made, you will be held responsible for purchases made with your purchasing card.
