Can I have a product repaired that was not purchased from METRO?

Yes, we can provide this service under certain conditions.  


METRO has a large selection of spare parts, and our technicians are trained to work on a wide range of equipment, including references not purchased from METRO. We invite you to contact our After-Sales Service Department, indicating the reference number of your machine:


- For small equipment: at the reception desk of your Halles METRO.

- For large equipment: call our National After-Sales Service on 0825 090909 (€0.15 incl. tax/min.) (Choice 3).
