My equipment no longer works, what should I do?

For small items :

Return your equipment to the reception desk of your Halles METRO, the equipment will be taken care of and repaired as soon as possible.


For large equipment:

Call 0825 090909 (€0.15 incl. tax/min.) (Choice 3). You will immediately be taken care of by our after-sales service and offered an appointment with a technician.


Cost : 

For devices under warranty (1 year) or extended warranty (3 or 5 years), repairs are free of charge if the malfunction falls within the scope of the warranty. For other repairs, you will be offered an estimate before repairs.


Lead time :

Time depends on the type of equipment and the fault. You will be given an average range when your equipment is picked up at your Halles METRO or by our remote After-Sales Service.
