For small equipment :


Go to the reception desk of your Halles METRO with the appliance concerned or the appliance reference. Your Customer Relations Officer will be able to inform you about the warranty date and conditions applicable to your equipment.


For large equipment :


Call 0825 090909 (€0.15 incl. tax/min.) (Choice 3). You'll immediately be connected to a member of our national After-Sales Service team, who will be able to answer any questions you may have.


For appliances under warranty (1 year) or extended warranty (3 or 5 years), repairs are free of charge if the malfunction falls within the scope of the warranty. For all other repairs, a quotation will be provided prior to repair.
