To apply for your METRO card, it couldn't be simpler. Just bring your K-Bis extract (less than 3 months old) and your ID and go to :

- Go to our dedicated page: Become a customer / Log in
- After checking the information and documents provided, you'll receive a confirmation email with your METRO card number.
- Download the Metro application to get your digital METRO card immediately!
Please note: if your SIRET appears as “opposition right” on the https://avis-situation-sirene.insee.fr/ website, we recommend that you temporarily unblock the visibility of your company information, so that we can validate your application. You can do this online from the INSEE dedicated area https://statut-diffusion-sirene.insee.fr/
In our halls:
- Please contact our Customer Relations Managers at the Halles reception desk, with your credentials.
You're not the store manager? Bring a signed power of attorney and a copy of the manager's ID card, so that we can make the request on his or her behalf.
If your company is in the process of being registered, please bring along a receipt for the filing of a business start-up application (issued by your CFE) mentioning “”pending registration“” or a receipt for registration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
