How do I renew my METRO card?

Have you lost your card? Contact your METRO Halles as soon as possible to report it; our teams will guide you on the procedure to follow.               


Have you changed establishments? You can apply for a card on our website, to do this:                        

- connect to www.METRO.fr                        

- click on “Register / Log in” at the top right of the home page                        

- once connected, click on “I request a METRO card” and follow the instructions 


Your request will be validated after verification of the information and documents provided (KBIS, Identity document). You will receive a confirmation email.
