My company is located outside the European Union. Am I eligible for the METRO card?

To obtain your METRO card as a customer outside the EU zone, you must go to the reception of your hall with the following documents:


- A valid identity document of the legal representative


- Official professional proof of your activity that is currently valid (less than 12 months) which must be translated into French or at least into English. 


METRO does not practice customs clearance or tax exemption, these administrative procedures are your responsibility or that of your agent. METRO would also like to point out that, as indicated in its Special Conditions of Sale available on its METRO.fr website, deliveries of goods can only be made to addresses in Continental France. Please bring the originals of the aforementioned documents.
